As we look forward to what looks to be a busy year at Heath Avery we have a variety of projects on the go.
We currently have a number of projects on site at the moment including the Bursary extension at The Richard Pate School, the new Performing Arts Building at the University of Gloucestershire, a contemporary set of town houses in Cheltenham centre and extensive works at the LRS Bottling Plant in Coleford. The second phase of William Lench Court, an extra care development, will also be starting on site within the next month.
As far as projects currently in development, we have a number of exciting opportunities which are progressing well.
Our involvement in the Care/Extra Care sector shows no sign of abating as we have a mix of schemes with new and existing clients in the pipeline.
We are also looking forward to continuing our strong relationship with the University of Gloucestershire with a variety of potential projects.
With Kevin becoming a Certified Revit Professional, and more recently Malcolm earning his BIM Professional accreditation, we continue to embrace BIM as it becomes integral to all aspects of our work.
As a forward thinking practice, we also aim to continue establishing contacts with likeminded professionals who share our high standards and philosophies.
Happy New Year to all!
