We offer a comprehensive range of architectural services, enabling clients to commission specific areas of work or complete packages.
Through our planning and design expertise, we can make comprehensive assessments of properties, including listed buildings, and produce full strategic reports and recommendations. We can also undertake a wide range of audits, evaluations and feasibility studies.
Acting as lead consultants, we can provide a complete ‘one-stop’ design and management service - taking projects from conception to handover. Our experience in the Education, Residential, Care and Workspace sectors is extensive, allowing us to provide clients with optimum solutions in less time. Malcolm, Charles and Steve have all trained in project management with the APM (Association for Project Management).
Drawing on our expertise in our specialist sectors, we can prepare design concepts for both new-build projects and the development or conversion of existing buildings.
BIM (Building Information Modelling)
Integrated Architecture has been working with BIM for around two years and has completed a fully collaborative level 2 model as well as producing 3D BIM content for a number of manufacturers.
Design & Detailing
Our design skills are complemented by our in-depth knowledge of construction methods. This enables us to ensure that every facet of design and detailing is carried out to the most exacting standards, and that our designs are fully realised.
Masterplanning and Feasibility
Recent planning legislation has made development more prone to delays and refusals. For these reasons longer term planning of accommodation is now absolutely essential. Only by exploring options, understanding the constraints and relating these to need, will management be in a position to plan accommodation in a competent way. Integrated Architecture has been providing property advice for twenty years undertaking Masterplanning and Feasibility Studies to provide a sound basis for strategic decision making.
We have an in-house conservation architect who can provide a range of services including: new design within historic contexts, heritage impact statements, administration of heritage lottery funding, quinquennial inspections, church repair and re-ordering, incorporation of modern methods of construction and repairs following flood damage.
